Stamina Lab

Train Like a Vocal Athlete
Now in NYC — Part of a Global Movement

You give everything to your voice—Stamina Lab gives something back to your body.
Created by voice and movement experts Christine Schneider and Maria Palomar, Stamina Lab is a live, 2 1/2 -hour training experience combining meditation, self-massage, positional breathing drills, and full-body athletic conditioning to help singers build strength, endurance, and vocal freedom.
Because high-level performance requires more than technique. It requires a body that’s ready for the job.

This is for professional and pre-professional singers who want to train like the vocal athletes they are.
If you’re committed to your craft and want your body to match your voice, Stamina Lab is for you.

Meet the Co-Creators of Stamina Lab

We’re Christine Schneider and Maria Palomar—movement specialists, voice health advocates, and co-creators of Stamina Lab.

We came together around a shared mission:
To support high-performance singers by bridging the gap between vocal coordination and physical stamina.

Christine is the founder of The Visceral Voice in NYC and creator of the Vocal Resilience program, which integrates breathwork, self-massage, biomechanics, and nervous system regulation to support healthy, sustainable vocal performance.

Maria is the founder of MP Studio in Mexico City and a leading voice and movement educator who guides professional performers through full-body training rooted in clarity, alignment, and expressive power.

Together, we developed Stamina Lab as a live, embodied experience that takes the principles of Vocal Resilience and brings them into the realm of strength, agility, and endurance training—specifically for singers.

Whether you’re preparing for eight-show weeks, recording sessions, auditions, or touring…
this is where your voice and your body train as one.

With Special Guest Voice Instructor: Bridget

We’re excited to welcome Bridget Linsenmeyer as a guest teacher for our Stamina Lab NYC sessions.

Bridget is a voice teacher at BroadwayVox Studios, a working singer and songwriter, and a dynamic educator based in New York City. She holds a Master of Arts from NYU’s Gallatin School, where she studied Women in Music, Songwriting, and Social Change, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Vocal Music Education from Towson University.

Her students span a wide range of experience levels, from young artists to seasoned professionals, and can be found performing on Broadway, Off Broadway, national tours, regional theatre stages, and with professional dance companies.

In Stamina Lab, Bridget brings a playful, curiosity driven approach to vocal conditioning and performance. Her work prioritizes creating a safe and empowering space for singers to explore their voices while integrating voice science, body awareness, and creative expression. As a performer currently touring with Mamma Mania: The American Tribute to ABBA!, she brings real world performance insight into the room.

In Stamina Lab, Bridget works directly with singers on vocal exploration, conditioning, and expressive performance, while Christine leads movement, breath, and stamina training. Together, they create a collaborative environment where voice, body, and artistry are trained as an integrated whole.
