November Presenter: Michael Mullins
Movement, Coherence and Hydrobiodynamics
Michael J. Mullin, ATC, PTA, PRC
The human body is a multi-layered, fluid-based organism that functions much more like a
suspension-system than the traditional model of bones and muscles with levers and pulleys. It
functions through the coordinated interplay of fluids and gasses moving through flexible tubes
driven by dynamic pumps with varying amounts of expansion and compression. To better
organize these complex structures requires an understanding of the intricate workings of the
different internal systems and their inter-relationship with each other. This program will
provide a much deeper dive into the role that fluid dynamics plays on human movement and
how to better harness these forces to move more fluidly and freely.
Michael is a clinically based certified athletic trainer with over 35 years of experience in rehabilitation
and performance training. He is the owner and clinician at Integrative Rehab Training LLC which
