“The Self-Care Program is indispensable for singers and voice teachers alike. I have learned so much from both the online platform and the classes, and I’ve been able to turn that knowledge into concrete actions that we can take to improvise range of motion, release tension, and balance our bodies and minds in support of our voices.”

"Joining Christine's Membership Program has been a game-changer for me. I'm an Alexander Technique teacher and an experienced musical theatre voice teacher. I teach Christine's self-care tools to my students, and they have all found the tools to be revolutionary to how they now go about warming up their instruments and we are all blown away by the facility that is gained by doing them. Her self-care exercises have become immediate additions to my work teaching performers in my studios at Penn State and in New York City. Additionally, Christine is kind, sensitive, deeply knowledgeable, and a great teacher. If you are a voice teacher, run to sign up for her next class. She has revolutionized the way I teach in the best way and I couldn't recommend her class more highly!"

"Joining the Self-Care Membership is one of the best decisions I made last year. Not only do I have a designated time each week to combat the physical stress of my day-to-day life, but I also acquire practices that I can use in my voice studio each week. Christine is incredibly knowledgeable in multiple facets of health and provides an archive for our reference that we can access anytime! We certainly gain a wealth of information and get a lot of bang for our buck!"

When is the Open Enrollment? And how much does the Self-Care Program cost?
How long is the Self-Care Program?
When are the Weekly Virtual Sessions? And how do I participate?
What if I can't make a Weekly Session?
I'm still not sure if the Self-Care Program is right for me...I have more questions...
"Christine’s Self-Care Membership Program has given me more than I expected. Originally, I joined the program to learn some effective methods to release tension from the head, neck and shoulders to help my clients with voice problems. But the weekly self-care sessions became something I look forward to every week because I get to spend time exploring “feel good” techniques for my whole body and mind. Christine has an amazing knowledge about the human body and knows how to release tension from the smallest or most hidden muscles in the body. Every time, I leave her session feeling tall, flexible and relaxed. I highly recommend her membership program for anyone looking to improve body alignment and movement."
