What is Spherical Movement with The Visceral Voice?

Spherical Movement includes three weekly movement sessions to bring the full body through all 3 planes of motion (Sagittal, Frontal, Transverse), using 6 chain reactions and 66 vital motions that are used in everyday movement. What do members have to say about Spherical Movement?

Check out this video to hear how empowering it can be.

"Christine's compassionate care, attention to detail/methodology and flexibility with the movement/strength training course are some of its greatest attributes! I appreciate the ability to build skills in a mindful and appropriate way, especially with my need to modify some movement and intensity. The course offers a variety of integrated approaches, encouragement and accountability. I especially benefit from the spectrum of work including foundational active engagement, cardio, stabilization/balance, good form and increasing overall strength and endurance. I look forward to continuing to build on the strides I am making, all the while being able to use 'what I have, where I am, how I am.'"
