A Self-lead Program to Reset over 7 Days
Instructors - Joey Harrell and Christine Schneider

What is the 7-Day Reset?

The 7-Day Reset is a week-long program built to provide you with everything you need to get back on track with your singing and physical health. This novel program combines breathwork, self-care protocols, vocal training, and physical workouts. You will receive daily videos that you can follow along with to guide your daily practice. Our mission is to not only help you build positive momentum with your singing and fitness routines but to make sure that you are staying mobile and free.

Why did we build this program?

If we learned anything from the last couple of years, it is that our lives can change in an instant. When life circumstances change, our routines can be disrupted and when we are ready to get back on track sometimes we just need to hit the reset button. That is why we built the 7-Day Reset.

However, we know that voice users have unique needs. Professional voice users rely on physical and emotional balance for optimal voice use and longevity. So we went ahead and built a program designed to meet the unique needs of folks just like you!

What makes the 7-Day Reset Unique?

While most of us know that we experience positive benefits in our singing from consistent exercise, these goals are often pursued separately. We exercise and we work on our singing. What makes the 7-Day Reset unique is that we have programmed all of these steps synergistically to optimize your routine. The magic of this program is in the self-care work which provides you with tools and exercises to keep your voice free and your body mobile as you reset your singing and exercise routines.

Who is this program for?

This program is perfect for singers and teachers who are looking to reset their routines. There are no required levels of physical fitness or singing experiences. Every movement and exercise can be scaled to meet your current needs and abilities.
